The Wilbur & Niso Smith Foundation is an independent charity with a global reach and we need your support. We rely on individuals and sponsors to help readers and writers of all ages and stages to have an adventure through the words on a page, improving young peoples' literacy levels and providing professional support to writers. Any contribution, large or small, will help us continue to do so.

What Could Your Donation Do?

£10 could send bespoke feedback to one of our youngest writers, aged 11 or under.

£20 could gift a fee-waiver for an aspiring, low-income writer to receive editorial support.

£50 could send five UK libraries a pack of Adventure Writing Prize materials to support readers in their community. 

£100 could allow one librarian to participate in the shortlisting panel for the Adventure Writing Prize.

£150 could donate a class-set of adventure books to young readers in an area of deprivation.
