What happens once you submit a story? 

We work with a team of readers who identify the stories that best fit our guidelines for what an adventure is and have the highest standard of technical writing in their category. These readers make up our review panel and put forward their suggestions for the shortlist, which are then considered and selected by the team at the Foundation. 

The shortlisted writers will get to work with an editor before having their work digitally published. They will also receive a certificate to celebrate their achievement.

The shortlisted stories go to our team of young judges, comprised of the shortlisted authors from the previous year. At this point, each story on the shortlist is fantastic and the young judges vote for the winners of the award.
